What an amazing asset for our city. Why do they want to squander this beautiful oxygen-generating
expanse of green space in such a densely populated and polluted area in the heart of Denver? Does nothing matter but money anymore? There is massive more development to come in Northeast Denver and two new projects close to PHGC land dedicated to affordable housing. We need this space to breathe, clean the air, provide refreshment and recreation to citizens. We don’t need another huge concrete mini-city.
